Families and friends keep paying $3 once per group. Clinics, community health centers and peer-run organizations choose a plan per site, billed yearly. No per-seat fees, no per-client fees, and the people you invite always join free.

What changes when a clinician is involved

The values library and the web are the same. A clinic plan changes who may see a person's values, for how long, and what record is kept.

    Friend or family groupThe members of that group. Each person chooses whether they share their intensities or only which values they hold.

Good to know

  • A site is one location or program with its own facilitators. Multi-site organizations on Programs pay $490 for each additional site, up to the $4,900 cap.
  • Clinics and organizations are invoiced by email, payable within 30 days. Ko-fi is used only for the $3 family group; no plan is bought through it.
  • Clients and staff never pay anything, and their values profile stays their own.
  • Valence is not a diagnostic, screening or treatment tool.

Questions

Can we try it before buying?

Yes. Programs starts with a free 90-day pilot for your first client group. For Teams, start a $3 group and run one staff session; if it works for you, we move the site onto a plan.

Do you sign a BAA or a PHIPA agreement?

Programs and Commons include a signed privacy agreement — a BAA in the United States, a PHIPA agreement in Canada — with hosting in the country you choose. Teams involves no client data, so none is needed.

We already use Valence with families. Does anything change?

No. Groups for families and friends stay at $3 once, with no subscription.

How do we pay?

Email us and we send an invoice for the site. Canadian organizations are invoiced in Canadian dollars at the same figures.
